Among the dishes our guests appreciate more, we find the „crafun“, a salted doughnut with ragout and the Ladin ravioli with poppy seeds or grated Parmesan cheese. Lovers of culinary finesses shouldn’t miss the “feies da soni”, the typical potato “leaves”, which are served with blueberries or sauerkraut. And, of course, we offer also meat dishes and venison: pork, local beef, deer, lamb, or venison tartar and mushrooms, all prepared according to the homely Ladin culinary art and refined following the ancient recipes of the old cook Tea.

On request, we also offer different dumpling dishes, veal shank, as well as omelette soufflé.
